I’m confused about nasal tip cartilage repositioning done during nose implant removal. It seems they sometimes suture it too. I only knew nasal tip cartilage repositioning as simply moving the compressed nasal tip cartilage back into place, but at one of the places I consulted, when I asked whether they tie it, they said they don’t. But when I watched the doctor’s YouTube, they also said that if it’s too compressed, they suture it. Also, at a place where I had a follow-up consultation, when I asked whether they tie it, they said they tie it if it needs to be tied. What I’m curious about is: 1. Are there many cases where they tie it during repositioning? 2. Then is that the same as nasal tip cartilage tying, or does it mean something different…
