It has been over 10 years since I had nose surgery. I decided on it too easily in my early 20s, so I didn’t have enough consultations, and I think I decided in the way of “the director will make it look pretty.” I had silicone and ear cartilage inserted, but the asymmetry is too severe, and especially the columella itself feels like it has become crooked ㅠㅠㅠㅠ The side profile isn’t bad, but my nose is too big and asymmetrical, so every time I see photos taken by others, I’m startled. Maybe I’ve gotten used to my asymmetrical face in the mirror, and revision surgery scares me, so I’m really tornㅠㅠㅠ What do you think about removing a 10-year-old nose implant?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
