First of all, for my surgery I had septal extension for the nasal tip and silicone on the nasal bridge, but because of cartilage visibility I was planning to remove it, so on June 26 and 29 I visited two hospitals for consultations. Both said it would not pierce through and come out, and neither recommended removal, so I just came back, but it seems worse than then, and I’m anxious and worried about it all dayㅜ Would trimming the cartilage or adding dermis over it be effective? Ah, I’m really scared it will pierce through and come out. I think it doesn’t show well in photos, but when I look in the mirror, it really shows clearly. For those who were in a situation like mine, what did you doㅜㅜ Please helpㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
