I had consultations at ㅂㅇㅇ and ㅋㅂㅈㅇㅇ, and both recommended a non-implant nasal tip procedure: cartilage suturing, fat removal, tip heightening, and alar base reduction. But ㅋㅂㅈㅇㅇ also mentioned osteotomy, alar wing removal, and columella lowering. At ㅂㅇㅇ, the head director said the same as above, while the newly arrived Dr. ㄱㅈㅇ said columella lowering. Where and with whom would it be best to get it done? Would Dr. ㄱㅈㅇ at ㅂㅇㅇ not be that good? And what I’m most wary of is ending up with a side-effect nose, like going from a chubby nose to a taller but bulky-looking nose. Would it be okay even without putting in silicone? I’m more worried because ㅂㅇㅇ didn’t even mention osteotomy.
