My nose looks too flashy and high for my image, so I’m thinking about removing everything or getting a revision. But since my original nose was so low, if I don’t remove everything, could I still get a revision that makes the nose smaller and lower than it is now? If there are people similar to me, please let me know I want to go back to my small, cute nose from before.
