2 years ago, I had 4 mm silicone placed in the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used for the nasal tip. If revision surgery is being done because inflammation developed in the nasal bridge, what material is used for the nasal bridge? If inflammation is the biggest concern, is it most common to use autologous dermis or autologous costal cartilage?
