Deviated septum vs nasal valve, which one should I do?ㅠ

Deviated septum vs nasal valve, which one would be better?

I have a surgery appointment booked at ㅇㅇ in September

I’ve had consultations at a total of 8 places so far, including ㅇㅇ (ㄴㅇㄷ, ㄱㄴ, ㄹㅂㄹ, ㄷㄴ.ㅋㅂㅈ,ㅈㅇㅈ,ㅇㅇ,ㅁㅇㄷ)

Current condition -Drooping nasal tip + other issues + deviated septum + perforation -Because of the deviated septum, I’m having trouble breathing -7 places other than ㅇㅇ talked about deviated septum surgery -ㅇㅇ (Director ㅇㅁ) was the first to say I don’t need deviated septum surgery and suggested doing nasal valve surgery They said there isn’t any septal cartilage left, so doing the nasal valve would be enough. It was the first time I’d heard that opinion, so I was like, huh? But I had waited a long time for the consultation and it’s been popular lately, so I did feel like I wanted to do it at ㅇㅇ ㅠ like they seem the best at raising the nasal tip,,? My midface is long and my nose is long too, so I also want a more dramatic-looking nose.

But since it was my first time hearing about nasal valve surgery, I was worried, so yesterday I went to ㅁㅇㄷ and had a consultation with Director ㅇㄱㅇ. Director ㅇㄱㅇ said it’s basically just a difference in surgical method between deviated septum surgery and nasal valve surgery, but said that doing only the deviated septum surgery would be enough The consultant also said nasal valve surgery is only for people with more severe cases, and that just the septum would be fine, or if I wanted, I could do septum + nasal valve together They said nasal valve is more expensive though. I was surprised because including VAT, the quote came out the same as ㅇㅇ, but they seemed to take really good care of aftercare lolol,, why doesn’t ㅇㅇ do that...? I was kind of tempted by the aftercare too, but somehow I still feel the urge to do it at ㅇㅇ..

Are there many people like me who chose nasal valve surgery between nasal valve and deviated septum surgery?
