I had a columellar strut and nasal tip using only ear cartilage, and they put in minced ear cartilage wrapped in fascia. When I went to ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ, they touched my nose and said that an ear cartilage strut is weak, so it is essentially in a meaningless state. When I went to ㄱㅇㅅ, they said it was a simple surgery and that it would almost return to my original nose, and ㅍㄹㅁ asked how about leaving only the strut. ㅅㅅㅇ said it could ambiguously return or it might not return. I’m torn. But is there anyone who, like me, had an ear cartilage strut placed and the columella became even shorter? Usually, if there is a strut…
