The surgical direction I want is 1. Surgery without side effects 2. A really natural look that feels like my own nose 3. I absolutely don’t want to use donated costal cartilage, and autologous costal cartilage feels like too much of a burden.. I hope it can be done with ear cartilage 4. Postoperative care 5. Price
