I'll write casually in informal speechㅎ I'm posting this in case it helps. I think I also got a lot of help before removal when I wasn't feeling good emotionally. The post might be a bit long. I had nose surgery about 7 years ago, and at the time they said the materials would be 4 mm silicone and ear cartilage to make the nasal tip, so I had the surgery. It was done under general anesthesia, and I should have been suspicious from that point, but I was too young back then. For 1-2 years it was good. But at some point the foreign-body sensation and rhinitis became so severe, even though I originally didn't have rhinitis, and my eyes hurt too, and things like pressure pain started closing in on me. In the 5th year, I went to the hospital where I had the surgery and said it hurt, and they said there was no inflammation either …
