Nose Re-Surgery

Successful revision surgery for a contracted nose

Before-before-after-after-after A long time ago, when I was living outside Seoul, I had my first surgery with ear cartilage inserted. Starting last year or the year before, yellow discharge was flowing from inside my nose, it was sticky, pus built up, it swelled, and when I touched it, blood came out. It was just a total mess;

My friends asked if my nose had developed contracture and told me to hurry and go to a hospital, but I brushed it off like, "Me? No way lol." Ha... I should have gone then. I endured it until I couldn't anymore, so I looked it up, and they said it was a typical contracture symptom? lolol During my first surgery, I said I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, but the consultant and director there recommended silicone with ear cartilage, so I thought, since they recommended it, it must be good, and just went with it. Maybe that was the problem.. So I thought I needed revision surgery, and I scraped through all the reviews of directors said to be good at contracted noses, chose places to visit, and really went to a lot of consultations. I carried around a photo of Shin Se-kyung and asked whether it was possible, and everyone answered that it was possible, but it felt like I couldn't trust them lolololol Then I had a consultation with Director Park Gwi-yong at Finish, and the director recommended autologous costal cartilage, took an X-ray to see if it could be used, and explained specifically why my contracted nose had happened and how he would do the revision surgery. During the consultation, I asked for a natural-but-glamorous look, and it came out so well that I'm really satisfied!! lol I was going around looking for a director specializing in contracted noses and nose revision surgery, and I think I made a good choice.

This is a surgery review pursuing a natural-but-glamorous look.
