My nose was originally very broad and spread out, so I’m reasonably satisfied with the surgery result, but I have one question. Please refer to my original photos. The doctor said that with a nose like that originally, the tip of the nose can’t become as naturally slim as I want, and that it would become rounded. But when I just look at myself, it doesn’t look that obvious that I had surgery, but when I take photos, it shows. The reason is that if I take a photo of my nose a bit from the side, the nasal tip comes out looking too round. Is this swelling too? They say swelling in the nasal tip keeps going down for about 4 months, so people who have actually had surgery on a nose like mine, please let me know. Is it swelling? Or will it just stay like this going forward? Ah~ I’m so curious... Also, my side cheekbones are really prominent, right? ㅠㅠ
