Because of my revision rhinoplasty, I feel like my heart is getting shredded now. I had no implant, just septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and was happy for about 2 years, but these days my nasal tip is so pointy that people even ask if I pinched it with a clothespin, so I’m looking into removal. I’m considering ㅅㅇ, but if there are hospitals you can recommend, I’d like help ㅠ How much should I roughly expect nasal tip removal to cost? How satisfied are people after doing it? I’m past aesthetics now and just want to be comfortable ㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
