Because of my revision rhinoplasty, I feel like my heart is getting shredded now. I had no implant, just septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and was happy for about 2 years, but these days my nasal tip is so pointy that people even ask if I pinched it with a clothespin, so I’m looking into removal. I’m considering ㅅㅇ, but if there are hospitals you can recommend, I’d like help How much should I roughly expect nasal tip removal to cost? How satisfied are people after doing it? I’m past aesthetics now and just want to be comfortable
