My nose is a severe bulbous nose, and it looks a bit upturned. I want to get nose surgery and have a natural straight nose. I heard the surgery has to be done according to the original shape of your nose, but is a straight nose possible even with a severe pig-like bulbous nose? I’d like it to look natural, with almost no obvious signs that I had surgery.
