I went to a clinic in Cheongdam on a friend’s recommendation. My nasal bridge was low and my nose really had no presence, and honestly, even that pre-surgery nose in the photo had already had Hiko done. But I felt like rather than spending money on Hiko, getting rhinoplasty would be better. I had the Hiko removed and used donated costal cartilage for a straight-with-slight-curve nose. It’s only been a month, so I don’t think the nose shape has fully settled yet. As the minor swelling gradually goes down, the nasal tip seems to be coming down too. At first, I wondered if it had somehow turned into a semi-ski-slope nose. But compared with that photo, it seems to have settled a bit more smoothly now. Maybe because the nose is definitely the center of the face, compared with my previously flat nose, it feels like my face has gained more balance. They personally checked my progress very thoroughly, and later I’m planning to try Ulthermage here. The results seem good, haha. After getting my nose done, now I’m getting interested in skin.
This is a surgery review that pursues a natural-yet-polished look.
