I had an L-shaped silicone implant placed 10 years ago, and I don’t have any particular side effects. But recently I heard they don’t use L-shaped silicone anymore because the risk of side effects is high, so I’m trying to either remove it or have revision surgery this time. Still, regular silicone doesn’t have zero risk of side effects either, so I’m worried ㅠㅠ My nasal bridge used to be extremely low, so if I take out the silicone, the sense of loss will probably be big.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
