Ever since I had septal extension surgery and rhinitis surgery, I can’t breathe through one nostril ㅠㅠ Is there anyone here who got it removed and got better? Or did it get worse after removal? Anything about septal extension removal is fine, so please comment

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
