I’m currently looking into full nose removal because my nasal bridge silicone is gradually becoming crooked, the cartilage at my nasal tip is showing through, and the silicone is causing a line indentation between my brows. Around 12 years ago, I contacted the clinic where I had my first surgery because I wanted full removal, but the doctor who performed my surgery said that if I removed everything from my nose, it would collapse. So while I was about to give up on revision surgery, I learned in a community that there are clinics specializing in full nose removal. I went for a consultation at ㄱㅇㅅ Plastic Surgery, one of the top 3 for removal, and there they said full removal is possible and that it wouldn’t collapse…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
