I had revision surgery for a contracted nose at ㄱㅇㅈ. My nose is small and I don’t have enough skin, so they lowered it using ear cartilage with a rotation graft, but it couldn’t be lowered enough for me to be satisfied, so my nose is still upturnedㅜㅜ The side profile is just so-so, but from the front my nostrils show too much. I don’t know if it’s because my original nose was a dragon-like nose or whatㅜㅜ I don’t want autologous costal cartilage because I feel like my skin wouldn’t be able to withstand it, and even if the nasal tip droops a bit from the side, I want to lower the nasal tip and cover the nostrils from the front. Would that be possible? Is there anyone here who, like me, lowered only the nasal tip after 2 years had passed since revision surgery?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
