Primary surgery. According to the clinic where I had my primary surgery, they told me they used 3.5 silicone, built a septal cartilage and ear cartilage support, and did septal extension. Reasons for removal: eyes looking pulled together, change in impression, silicone showing through, foreign-body sensation, pressure pain around the eyes. When they opened it, there were 2 layers of ear cartilage as a columellar strut. The director looked at my columella before removal and thought it was strange because the columella was thick. The director at the removal clinic also said the septal cartilage was so small that they didn’t even know why it had been used. In conclusion, I removed everything: septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone, without leaving anything behind. Ah, this surgery was a bit painful for me because the anesthesia didn’t work well ㅜ…
