Instead of going on and on, I’ll just get to the point. I’ve had surgery twice, and I’m completely dissatisfied with the results. One side of my nose is slightly pressed down so it looks spread out, and my columella has gone up even more, so it looks totally pig-like and upturned. Everyone says my old nose was pretty and seriously asks why I did it, and scolds me, but what can I do? I already did it.... So I don’t want any more surgery, and since I have donated costal cartilage and silicone inside my nose, I just want to take everything out. But if I remove it all like that, um... will it collapse? If anyone has had their nasal implant removed, please give me some advice. Maybe because it’s dawn, looking at my nose is hitting me with an even harsher reality check ;; I blew all that money too, ugh..
