I had cosmetic and functional nose surgery for a bulbous nose, but my nose became longer and the nasal alae came down like a witch nose. My nose actually got bigger. It’s hard to breathe, and every day I feel like I want to die. I can’t do anything. I’m thinking of early removal of the silicone on the nasal bridge and the septal cartilage at the nasal tip. Can I go back to my original noseㅜㅜㅜㅜ I’m considering ㅅㅅㅇ, ㄱㅇㅅ, and ㅅㅇ. Please let me know hospitals that are good at removal. Do I also need nasal tip cartilage repositioning? Do you not recommend doing it at the original hospital? I’m desperate. Because of me alone, my family is about to fall apartㅜㅜ
