I had the silicone removed 1 year ago due to inflammation, and only ear cartilage at the nasal tip and septal cartilage remain. But in January of last year, while blowing my nose hard through my right nostril, the nostril and nasal ala dropped. It had been fine before that, but after blowing my nose, the right side of my nose itself dropped. Since then, it has become hard to breathe through my right side. So if I lift the area right above the drooped right nasal ala with my hand, I can breathe well. But when I take my hand away, the nasal ala drops again and it becomes hard to breathe. When I mention this during consultations at other clinics, they say it’s because my nostrils were originally uneven. Internet search…
