During my primary surgery, they used both ears for both the step-off around the hump area and the nasal tip, so I think I’ll have to use something else for revision surgery. But during my first surgery, they used ear cartilage because my septal cartilage was small. Then for revision, would it 100% have to be rib cartilage? I really don’t want autologous costal cartilage, but I’ve heard donated rib cartilage can get absorbed, so I’m worried ㅜ I’d prefer to use septal cartilage if possible, but can’t they just use a mix of septal cartilage and donated rib cartilage? There are so many clinics like ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅁㅂ, ㅅㄱ, etc., so I’m reading tons of reviews, but finding reviews from people who had revision surgery for the same reason is…
