I went for a consultation after specifying a director. During the consultation with the manager, when I said my surgery timing was December, they said the designated director only worked until November, so the hospital arbitrarily changed me to another director. The waiting for this and that was extremely long. The consultation with the director was kind, but not detailed. It was my first surgery, and I received a quote for septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage.
