I got rhinoplasty in 2018, so it’s been almost 6 years, and what I’ve felt ever since I first got it is that [my nasal alar area got narrow, like it had been pinched with a clothespin]. So when I smile, it looks unnatural, makes me look a bit older, and gives the impression that my midface looks long. Is there anyone like meㅜ Is there anyone who was like me and got revision surgery? How much should I expect revision surgery to cost?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
