I got rhinoplasty in 2018, so it’s been almost 6 years, and what I’ve felt ever since I first got it is that [my nasal alar area got narrow, like it had been pinched with a clothespin]. So when I smile, it looks unnatural, makes me look a bit older, and gives the impression that my midface looks long. Is there anyone like me Is there anyone who was like me and got revision surgery? How much should I expect revision surgery to cost?
