For my first nose surgery, I had autologous costal cartilage, and because I wanted more, in 2019 I had revision surgery at a clinic in Apgujeong with many reviews. They removed my autologous costal cartilage and operated with donated costal cartilage, but 3 months after surgery, the nasal bridge swelled, and they said there seemed to be inflammation and everything had to be removed. So I lived with a contracted nose for a year, then in 2021 I had revision surgery with donated costal cartilage by Director ㅇㅁ. But my nasal bridge is high and the nasal tip shape has become deformed, so I'm trying to get revision surgery. I heard ㅇㄴㅅㅌ, ㄷㅎㄷ, and ㄴㅈㄹ are good at nose revision surgery, so I'm looking into them, but I can't find actual surgery reviews, and there's no information on all three…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
