I’m a case where I got nose surgery and philtrum reduction together and it went badly. My nostrils contracted, making it hard to breathe, so I’m trying to get revision surgery. I’m looking into ㅊㅁ, ㅇㄴㅅㅌ, and ㄷㅎㄷ, and I’m curious whether all three are okay I like the shape at ㅊㅁ the most… These days there are so many places doing revision surgery for contracted noses that I can’t go around consulting everywhere, so I’m thinking of visiting only a few.
