1 I want to restore it as much as possible and make it look naturalㅠㅠ After removal a few years ago, it seems like contracture developed; my nose has shrunk toward the center and the columella is uncomfortable too. I’m looking for a place where it could go well as my last attempt, but it isn’t easy. I’m looking for places to consult, so please help me. 2 For contracted nose, do you absolutely have to use costal cartilage? Sigh, it feels a bit burdensome, but I’m looking into it as my last attempt.
