I had Gore-Tex surgery about 15 years ago, and only the nasal tip has suddenly drooped. Is there any way to operate only on the nasal tip? How much would it cost? lololol What is usually used for the nasal tip? I heard autologous costal cartilage is good, but I want to get both this and a philtrum reduction done together at a place that's good at making the nose look natural and also good at philtrum reduction. Does anyone know where does it well?
