If skin that was already thin and translucent keeps getting thinner because of silicone, whenever it meets sunlight or lighting (not just showing through under strong midsummer sunlight or studio lights, but it shows through like crazy even under regular sunlight and a little lighting), you can literally see the silicone as it is. I’m really torn over whether to switch to Megaderm, use autologous dermis, or remove it, but the biggest problem is money. It’s depressing wondering how many tens of millions of won I’m spending on my nose
