I had my nasal tip raised with a septal cartilage strut, and they said that if I had a long nose before surgery, there is a high chance it will droop after removal ㅜㅜ Is there anyone who had a long nose and then had it removed? I don’t want it to droop, but should I leave the strut in? The hospital told me to leave the strut in, so I’m worried ㅜㅜ
