Hello, it has been about 3 months since I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage ㅜㅜ It wasn’t there at first, but around the 2-month mark, something white suddenly protruded like that on the left columellar strut area ㅜㅜ It also seems to be getting bigger over time. The hospital only says it’s scar tissue, but to me it looks like cartilage. It sticks out like a pimple, but it isn’t a pimple ㅜㅜ It doesn’t hurt and I don’t have any other symptoms, but it protrudes on a visible area, so it looks like something is stuck there and it really bothers me. Is there anyone like meㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
