It’s been 9 years since my nose surgery. I don’t have inflammation, but I was worried because of the foreign-body sensation, so I booked a nose implant removal clinic, then put it on hold. Since it’s 4 mm silicone, I’m worried it’ll get really low if I remove it. They said the silicone goes all the way to the nasal tip too. If I remove the silicone and only revise the nasal tip, would that be okay? Please share reviews from people who removed high silicone implants ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
