24-Hour Foreign Body Sensation

I’m on the verge of losing my mind because of a foreign body sensation and headaches that continue 24 hours a day. I don’t need anything else, I just want to remove it. But the problem is that during my first surgery, on my small, low nose, they placed 3 mm silicone on the nasal bridge and used septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, raising it excessively. Because of that, my nose is visibly crooked externally, and the internal nasal septum is also very deviated, so the septum also needs to be corrected.
