I had functional rhinoplasty, and the nasal tip was raised with septal cartilage, but I still feel like the septum toward the nasal tip is deviated to one side. From what I have looked into, deviated septum, probably caudal septal deviation, is considered relatively difficult among ENT surgeries. I want to have revision surgery, but would it be possible even at plastic surgery clinics like ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅅㅅㅇ? I want to remove the septal cartilage at the nasal tip and have revision correction of the deviated septum.
