Autologous dermis after nasal implant removal?

I had nose surgery 20 years ago. I was in my early 20s and so immature back then, and I never dreamed I would be thinking about removing the silicone like this. With my current nose, the nasal tip shows through white, and under lighting the silicone outline is completely visible. Unevenly, too.
