I’m looking into complete removal. Bridge silicone, nasal tip septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and alar reduction. It was my first surgery. About how much money would I need at most… generously speaking? The biggest reason I want complete removal is that I want to go back to my original nose. If anyone here has had complete removal and is satisfied, please share your review
