1. Silicone for the nasal bridge + autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip & support strut 2. Silicone for the nasal bridge + septal cartilage for the nasal tip + autologous rib cartilage or donated rib cartilage for the support strut
Since it's a revision rhinoplasty, I'm thinking about it hoping this will be the last time,, Then I should go with autologous rib cartilage, right?? Honestly, the burden of having autologous rib cartilage surgery is so big in many ways (I also have a job with a lot of activity and can't take a long break) My heart wants to use donated rib cartilage, but I can't decide because of absorption.... Should I assume that the nasal tip with septal cartilage will eventually droop too?
