It’s been over a month since my first rhinoplasty, and when it hadn’t been long since the surgery, I looked into early removal, but I kept telling myself to hold out for 6 months, hold out, so I’m waiting But until I can make it through, I was going to wear a mask when going around, but it’s so hot that I really can’t wear one My columellar scar is so severe, and the scar that connects from the columella to the inside of the nostril is very dark and severe.
