After removing nose implants, does tissue regenerate in that space..

On GYSH TV they said that if you remove the silicone from the nose, regenerative tissue fills the space left behind and the nose rises by about 1 mm. Is that true? Then that would mean it becomes a little higher than the original nose, and GYSH doesn’t seem very pessimistic about the result after removal unless it’s a severely damaged nose. What do you think?
