I’m only planning to remove the L-shaped silicone implant, because I really dislike the foreign-body sensation. Right now, I have tenderness on days when I wear a mask for a long time, but other than that, I don’t think there’s any inflammation or contracture. Even if I only have it removed, should I expect revision surgery-level costs? And would it be okay to remove only the implant without touching the nasal tip?
