Yesterday, I went to Goksaem for nasal implant removal. Maybe because the silicone was placed too high, it looked unnatural and overall wasn’t harmonious. If you look only at the nose by itself, I think it’s a pretty nose. At Goksaem, they said my skin is too thin, so it’s the kind of skin where silicone shouldn’t be placed. They also said that because my skin is thin, the capsule shouldn’t be removed. But if you watch Siwoo’s YouTube, they say the capsule must be removed no matter what, regardless of inflammation.
