I had everything removed from my nose, so why is the nostril shape still the same? The height and the nasal tip still seem the same tooㅠㅠ Is it because the internal splint hasn’t been removed yet, or because it’s still swollen? I had septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone used in my nose.
