I have a bulbous nose, short nose, and low nose, and I also have diabetes. I had my first surgery with an open approach, then 6 months later had a second open surgery to remove the implant. This time, if I also remove the remaining autologous cartilage in my nose after another 6 months, it looks like frequent surgeries at 6 months, 6 months, 6 months. Would it be risky if I have total removal? Or can contracture develop after removal surgery too? Right now, after my second surgery, I don’t know if it’s a support strut or what, or whether the cartilage inside is bent, but only on the columellar column side inside my right nostril, I can feel something bulging, and when I breathe and when I move my lips, the columellar column and the inside of the nostril feel so…
