Why are the reviews for the clinics I looked into so bad these days? Should I filter them out? I mainly looked into private clinics that do natural-looking noses for first-time rhinoplasty, but the recent reviews for ㅅㅎ, ㅅㅇ, and ㅇㅈ were bad. Clinics that show up too much seem like ads, and none of my acquaintances have had nose surgery. How am I supposed to filter clinics for this?
