Why are the reviews for the clinics I looked into so bad these days? Should I filter them out? I mainly looked into private clinics that do natural-looking noses for first-time rhinoplasty, but the recent reviews for ㅅㅎ, ㅅㅇ, and ㅇㅈ were bad. Clinics that show up too much seem like ads, and none of my acquaintances have had nose surgery. How am I supposed to filter clinics for this? ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
