Early Correction: Do It vs. Don’t Do It

I’m on day 13 after hump nose osteotomy and nasal tip surgery (septal cartilage, ear cartilage), and ever since the splint came off, I’ve really hated how my nose length is too long and how there’s a step-off. So I went to the hospital today for an early correction consultation, and the doctor said they would do it, so I scheduled surgery for next week. As the swelling goes down, the step-off is gradually getting better, but what I’m worried about now is the nasal tip length. Please vote on whether I should do early correction or not ㅠ The doctor said the hump surgery went really well, and that they raised it a little more because they expected the nasal tip to come down later. But nose length and the nasal tip coming down are different things, right? What does everyone think?
