Thinking about it in my head, I'm worried it might end up looking upturned or too long, but when I ask around, I've been told that in several cases it doesn't just go upward; the tip of the nose moves forward, and any issue of it looking long because of the height can be corrected. Has anyone had a similar case before rhinoplasty
