Thinking about it in my head, I'm worried it might end up looking upturned or too long, but when I ask around, I've been told that in several cases it doesn't just go upward; the tip of the nose moves forward, and any issue of it looking long because of the height can be corrected. Has anyone had a similar case before rhinoplastyㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
