After removal, if you don't tie the alar cartilages and just leave things as they were dissected, what would happen? Is that an impossible surgery? Would it also be possible to ask them to tie them loosely or something? Also, if it means the nose will become narrowed again, I wonder if it's right not to do it. Sigh, seriously, I had lateral crural strut grafting, so I'm looking into removing the extension graft.
