My nose became too small because of osteotomy and bulbous nose correction. When removing the implant, would I need to have other maneuvers done for it to return, or would just removing it make it spread out and make the nose look bigger again?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
